Startup Service:

1. Activate Water Source

2. Configure Controller: Date, Time, and Operating Durations

3. Inspect Each Zone. Adjust Sprinkler Heads as Necessary.

4. Perform Repairs or Provide Quotations for Required Repairs.

(One-Hour Minimum Charge Plus Parts)

(Billing is Per Hour and Per Technician. It may encompass Travel Time and Parts Essential for Repairs)

We will allocate time to address the reported issue promptly. Upon request and feasibility, we will conduct a thorough system check to ensure all zones are functioning correctly. 

(There is a minimum one-hour charge, in addition to the cost of parts.)

(Billing is based on hourly rates per technician, which may encompass travel time and necessary parts for repairs.)

Mid-Season Maintenance Check

Comprehensive system inspection.

Monthly System Check-Up (Up to 5 Checks)

(Billing is determined by the duration our skilled technicians are on-site, covering travel time and essential repair components)

Includes up to 8 zones at a fixed rate.

There is a charge of $5 per additional zone beyond 8.

(For instance, a 12-zone system would be priced at $95.00)

Specifically for City Water Systems

(Other systems may be subject to supplementary fees)

Procedure involves shutting off the water source.

Set vacuum breaker for winterization.

Connection of a compressor for blowing out each zone.

Adjustment of the controller to the off position.

(Additional charges may apply for necessary parts and repairs)

**Service Pricing Details:**

- Includes up to 5 Zones.

- $12.00 per zone after 5 zones. 

- For example, a 25 Zone System would amount to $340.00.

**Service Description:**

- Specifically for City Water Systems. Additional charges may apply for all other systems.

- Accessing pits or crawl spaces will result in additional charges.

- Procedure includes:

  1. Turning off water source.

  2. Setting up backflow preventer for winter.

  3. Hooking up compressor and blowing out each zone.

  4. Setting controller to 

**Service Pricing Details:**

- Includes up to Small Single or Double Driveway.

- Larger Driveways can be quoted. 

- This Price is for "On-Call" Plowing.

**Service Description:**

-Plowing of snow From Driveway and push to a designated location.

- We do not remove snow from your property.

- Procedure includes:

  1. Plowing snow from driveway surface.

  2. Pushing snow to designated location.

Pump Repairs are Billed per hour plus parts. 

Pump installs are Billed for Diagnosis and a quote for the Pump / Parts.

Shallow wells are installed per your request and Location. 

We can Give you a Budget $$, But acually Time and Materials will be billed. 

In the event, We can't aquire water, You will still be responsible to pay for parts and labor. (We can explain in more detail)
