While reasonable precautions are taken, Excel Irrigation LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities.

Excel Irrigation LLC provides irrigation services using professional industry practices; however:

• Lawn health may depend on factors outside our control
   
• Weather, soil conditions, and plant health may impact irrigation results
   

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific landscaping outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excel Irrigation LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
   
• Loss of landscaping due to drought, disease, or environmental conditions
